Food & Beverage Supervisor

Develop and implement training programs to improve service standards and product knowledge
Attend management meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning for the resort
Supervise and schedule the work of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and cooks
Promote a positive work culture and ensure staff adhere to the resort&039;s values and policies
Ensure all dining outlets, bars, and catering services adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the food and beverage department
Collaborate with the culinary team to review menus, plan special events, and make improvements
Maintain detailed records of sales, labor costs, and other financial data
Monitor staff productivity and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and other supplies as needed
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Working knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu engineering, and catering
Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) or equivalent certification is a plus
Bachelor&039;s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field preferred
1- 2 years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment
Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution abilities
Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills
Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis
