Food & Beverage Manager

• Lead & train all subordinates
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure food quality meets guests’ expectation
• Prepare the internal organization of the outlets
• Deal with customers on daily basis and follow up with the Management
• Develop plans and proposals to meet the needs of the guests
• Be responsible for personnel, production and the smooth operation of Food & beverage service department according to the Resort procedures and guest satisfaction
• Report the daily operations to the General Manager

• At least 3- year experience as the recruitment role
• Relevant degree in Hospitality Management
• Positive attitude & mindset of hospitality
• Fluent English
