Key Responsibilities
The Food & Beverage Intern will support the restaurant and bar team in delivering warm, efficient, and professional service to guests. This position provides hands- on experience in hospitality operations and helps ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Guest Service Support
Help take food and beverage orders and ensure orders are communicated accurately to the kitchen or bar team. Hỗ trợ ghi nhận yêu cầu món ăn, thức uống và đảm bảo thông tin được chuyển chính xác đến bộ phận bếp hoặc quầy bar.
Support in preparing simple items such as desserts or basic beverages when required. Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị các món đơn giản như tráng miệng hoặc thức uống cơ bản khi cần.
Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Hỗ trợ phục vụ món ăn và thức uống cho khách đúng thời gian và đúng tiêu chuẩn phục vụ.
Support staff in presenting menus and explaining basic menu items or daily specials when required. Hỗ trợ nhân viên giới thiệu thực đơn và giải thích các món ăn hoặc món đặc biệt trong ngày khi cần.
Assist in welcoming and greeting guests warmly upon arrival. Hỗ trợ chào đón khách một cách thân thiện khi khách đến.
Operational Support
Observe and learn the process of billing and payment handling under staff supervision. Quan sát và học hỏi quy trình thanh toán và xử lý hóa đơn dưới sự hướng dẫn của nhân viên chính thức.
Assist in handling takeaway orders or reservation inquiries when required. Hỗ trợ xử lý các đơn mang đi hoặc các yêu cầu đặt bàn khi cần.
Assist with setting up, clearing, and resetting tables according to restaurant standards. Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị bàn, dọn bàn và sắp xếp lại bàn theo tiêu chuẩn của nhà hàng.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.Giữ gìn khu vực phục vụ và khu vực làm việc luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng.
Support the team in restocking service items such as cutlery, napkins, and tableware. Hỗ trợ bổ sung các vật dụng phục vụ như dao nĩa, khăn ăn và dụng cụ bàn.
Compliance & Teamwork
Handle equipment and facilities carefully according to operational guidelines. Sử dụng và bảo quản thiết bị, cơ sở vật chất theo đúng quy định vận hành.
Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations. Làm việc phối hợp với đội ngũ nhà hàng để đảm bảo hoạt động phục vụ diễn ra suôn sẻ.
Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times. Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh, an toàn và phục vụ của khách sạn.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers to support daily operations. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của giám sát hoặc quản lý để hỗ trợ hoạt động vận hành hằng ngày.
