Food & Beverage Attendant is a key ambassador of our hospitality, responsible for delivering exceptional, warm, and efficient service to our guests. This role is central to creating memorable dining experiences in our Restaurant, Bar, and Lounge areas by upholding the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest interaction as defined by our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Engagement:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, present menus, and provide knowledgeable suggestions on daily specials and beverage pairings.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, gather feedback, and report any issues to the supervisor.
Actively introduce and promote special events, promotions, and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
Serve all items in a friendly, timely, and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Prepare and serve designated items like desserts or simple beverages where applicable.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar via the POS system.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to set standards.
Process guest bills accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure daily transactions are balanced.
Manage reservations and attend to take- out counter customers with efficiency and care.
Ensure the assigned work station and surrounding areas are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times.
Compliance & Teamwork:
Perform all other duties as reasonably required by the supervisor or management.
Strictly adhere to all hotel health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Comply with guidelines for the use, care, and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
Work cohesively as part of a team to ensure smooth service flow and support colleagues during peak periods.

Graduated from College/University in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast- paced environment and remain on feet for extended periods.
Previous experience in a customer- facing role, preferably within a hotel, restaurant, or upscale café environment.
Excellent communication and listening skills with a genuine guest- oriented attitude.
A passion for food, beverage, and creating outstanding guest experiences.
Professional personal presentation, hygiene, and a positive, team- player attitude are essential.
