WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Key responsibilities:
Review Opening Balance Sheet (OBS) assets and record subsequent entry into fixed asset register
Review fixed asset transactions
Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger balance
Perform periodic fixed asset review and recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of
Update fixed asset register (in Real Asset Management software) based on fixed asset transactions review
Track the compilation of CIP project costs, and place CIP assets into service
Generate fixed asset register report (from RAM) and prepare fixed asset journal entries
Other tasks as assigned by clients/ team leads/ managers.
Perform internal audit relating to fixed asset to ensure quality of work
Collaboration and Communication:
Sustain a consulting mindset when working with clients, enjoy solving complex problems and working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.
Ensure the service is delivered in timely and accurate manner while maintaining good relationship with the client;
Assist in internal trainings (technical or soft skills) within the team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor&039;s Degree or higher in Accounting/Economic/Finance or equivalent
Can perform functions in MS Excel
Has knowledge on basic accounting principles and functions
At least 1 to 2 years experience in Accounting. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANDIDATES WITHOUT FIXED ASSET EXPERIENCE
Intermediate English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
