Finishing Assistant Manager (Textile)

Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Finishing Assistant Manager (Textile,2000 USD, ID19500):

Oversee daily operationsof the finishing department to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Prepare performance reportscovering output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Manage workflowto ensure efficient resource utilization and timely order completion.
Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Analyze datato identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
Implement process improvementsto boost productivity, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
Enforce quality controlat all stages of the finishing process.
Lead and motivate the teamof finishing operators and technicians through guidance, training, and feedback.
Resolve quality issuespromptly and initiate corrective actions.
Monitor inventoryof finishing materials and supplies to support production needs.
Coordinate with maintenanceand engineering teams for equipment servicing and upkeep.
Collaborate with procurementand logistics teams to optimize material delivery schedules.
Ensure compliancewith company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Ensure accurate handoverof scanned lots to QC, Brushing, and Dyeing departments in coordination with shift leaders.
Troubleshoot equipmentand support preventive maintenance programs.
Inspect finished goodsto ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.

Hands- on skills in operatingStentorsandCompactors.
Provenleadershipandteam managementcapabilities.
Excellentproblem- solvingandtechnical troubleshootingabilities.
Effective communication inEnglish and Vietnamese.
Strong knowledge ofbrushing processes and technology.
3–4 years of experience inweft knit fabric finishing.
Proficient incomputer skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree inTextile Technologyor a related field.
Strongteamworkorientation.
