Maintain current knowledge of financial systems.
Liaising with senior management to prepare the business&039;s financial and strategic plans.
Providing daily report to evaluate the company’s on- going performance.
Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.
Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
Working with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one overall corporate budget.
Assist operating managers in evaluating the financial implications of business decisions.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting and assist in month- end reporting.
Keep management informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
Create and maintain financial and operating reports as needed.
Creating financial models to project long term growth & determine the impacting business factors
Provide detailed analysis and commentary on Business Unit results
Identify and report key trends.
Evaluating whether the company’s current assets and investments are the best use of the company’s excess working capital.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job (able to work in Ho Tram) and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Preparing competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to senior management
Ability to act on and understand a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Required team work to provide support and jumping in wherever needed.
Knowledge of Gaming, hotel and golf operation is an advantage but not required.
Bachelor degree is required, preferably in Finance or IT fields.
Fluency in English and Vietnam is required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedures manual and financial documents.
Advanced working knowledge of SQL DB structures & queries as well as Microsoft Excel, Access and Visual Basic and other updated software required for FP&A.
Ability to query data from multiple sources, write routine reports and provide analysis.
Must present a well- groomed appearance.
Two- three years experiences in financial analysis or database management/querying.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast- paced and stressful environment, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
Well organized, detail oriented, multitasking problem solver who is eager to learn and excel.
