Financial Analyst

- Internal Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
- Business transformation project:
- Work closely with the development team in project planning, product development, testing, and user training
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and control issue
- Contribute to financial model preparation, business plan, performance evaluation
- Communicate with multiple internal teams (Sales, Logistics, marketing,...) to understand and gather the initial requirements
- Analyze requirements or ideas, and propose suitable approaches by description process, logic, data flow, timeline, template,...
- Other tasks requested by the line manager

- Good analytical and critical thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Preferring to have worked as a management accountant (especially costing) or financial analyst in the FMCG companies
- Ability to work independently, proactively and effectively
- Having experience with BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio...) is a plus
- Graduated from University of Economics, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking
- Have at least 3 years of experience working in the financial field
