Finance Trainee supports the Finance & Accounting team in daily operations, learning to handle financial documents, data entry, and basic reporting in a professional 5- star hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính
Input financial transactions into accounting system under supervision.
Coordinate with other departments to collect financial documents.
Support in reconciling supplier statements and customer accounts.
Assist in compiling data for monthly financial reports.
Participate in on- the- job training and learn hotel finance operations.
Assist in receiving, checking, and filing invoices and payment requests.
Hỗ trợ tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và lưu trữ hóa đơn, chứng từ thanh toán.
Nhập liệu các nghiệp vụ kinh tế vào phần mềm kế toán.
Hỗ trợ đối chiếu công nợ với nhà cung cấp và khách hàng.
Chuẩn bị phiếu chi, hỗ trợ quản lý quỹ tiền mặt nhỏ.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác thu thập chứng từ.
Tham gia đào tạo thực tế về quy trình tài chính khách sạn.

Language Basic English (reading/writing)/Tiếng Anh cơ bản (đọc/viết)
3rd/4th- year student in Accounting, Finance, Economics/Sinh viên năm 3/4 chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kinh tế
Skills Basic Excel, detail- oriented/Biết Excel cơ bản, cẩn thận
Availability Full- time internship (3- 6 months)/Thực tập toàn thời gian (3- 6 tháng)
