The Finance Senior Supervisor has a key role in Pistachios factories, responsible for general Finance and accounting job task and manage accounting subordinates. Ensure the activities of the team is smooth and comply with business requirements.
Inventory Costing
Setting standard costs of manufactured goods for new material.
Collecting and analyzing data about a company’s operational costs. Maintain and update inventory control systems.
Manage inventory records and ensure accuracy of inventory level.
Coordinate with warehouse and production personnel to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Month End Reporting
Perform Purchase order reconciliation and Sale order reconciliation and Tracking pending Purchase order and Pending Sale order.
Perform monthly GL wise and Cost center analysis and actual cost Vs budget.
Closely working with accounting team for Month end closing process
Perform monthly GC forecast and analysis actual GC vs Forecast.
Review monthly inventory reconciliation and analysis.
Budgeting/ Forecasting
Manage and control direct costs and overhead costs in line with the budget.
Identify, recommend, and implement measures to improve efficiency and processing costs.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and business plans.
Year End Audit
Closely working with accounting team to prepare reports and schedules to assist external auditors with tax filings and annual financial statement certifications.
Team Management and Resource Management:
Delegate responsibilities establish development measures and appraise the overall performance of the team. Coach direct reports and develop succession planning for the function.
Allocate resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members. Ensure resource strategy is flexible enough to respond to demand variations.
Authority:
Implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations and team function.

Assign the staff in the management department to fulfill the accounting job requirements within Finance & Accounting Dept.
