Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead critical initiatives in corporate finance, including investor relations, fundraising support (private placements), M&A activities, and IPO preparation. This role requires a strong mix of strategic finance expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to drive high- impact projects and partner closely with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Partner with senior management to develop and deliver financial narratives, dashboards, and investor materials.
• Manage financial modeling and scenario analysis for M&A and other strategic transactions.
• Support fundraising activities, including private placements, debt financing, and investor due diligence.
• Assist with IPO readiness programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory, governance, and disclosure requirements.
Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives
• Structure and negotiate financial terms in key contracts and commercial partnerships to maximize ROI.
• Lead the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
• Provide financial insights to support board- level decisions on M&A, brand onboarding, and category expansion.
Performance Management & Insights
• Deliver insights that influence decision- making across marketing, operations, and supply chain.
• Oversee financial performance tracking, management reporting, and business review processes.
• Identify key drivers of growth and profitability and recommend actionable improvement levers.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and coach a high- performing Corporate Finance team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and business partnership.
• Champion financial discipline, risk management, and governance in all strategic initiatives.
• Act as a trusted finance partner for senior commercial leaders and cross- functional executives.
