Finance Manager

RESPONSIBLITIES

Analyze business activities, evaluate the efficiency of the Enterprise and report and propose solutions to the Board of Directors
Responsible for documents and financial reports with agencies: Tax, banks, treasury.
Personnel management and training
Other requests from the Board of Directors
Overall management of all work related to finance and accounting.
General Accounting – Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standards with respect to period recognition of costs, capital vs. expense, accruals, etc.
Prepare and present financial reports and other types of reports as required by the Board of Directors
Prepare and manage accounting books, invoices and documents.
Prepare financial plans, cash flow plans and present to the Board of Directors
Control and manage accounting activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Use English fluently (Chinese if preferable)
Graduated from University, majors: Accounting or Economics, Finance
Have at least 03 years of experience in a similar position and in manufacturing (import- export) environment
Have chief accountant certificate.
