Finance Manager NCH Vietnam

Position overview:
In this role, you will have full responsibility on all finance and accounting of the company which has about 20 peoples. Managing all day- to- day financial activities with precision, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to management team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial procedure and plan that support the company’s growth and profitability. This position directly report to SEA- Finance manager and dotted line to Area Vice President- Vietnam.
Role & Responsibility:
Manage all cash flow both the collection and payment.
Generating the company’s monthly and YTD financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Liase with auditors and financial institutions to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Liase with government and other regulatory units to make sure that company comply the regulartory.
Oversee all the finance works including set up relevant policy or procedure, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget plan.
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Responsible for the payroll calculation and payment with the agency
Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
Managing the close and ensure the reconciliation of the company’s accounts.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Requirements and skills
Oracle experience will be considered a plus
Can work well under pressure
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
License certify as Chief Accountant.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluent English communication
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance & Accounting
Hands- on experience and details oriented
Age 35- 45 years old
Multi- tasking skills
