Finance Manager

Role OverviewOwn the financial management agenda, drive strong governance, support strategic decision- making, and ensure full compliance across all finance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis• Partner with head office audit and finance teams to execute financial strategies and operational plans.• Prepare and update monthly cashflow forecasts for both financial cycles (Apr–Sep / Oct–Mar).• Deliver financial and business analysis, including job costing and profitability insights, to support management decisions.• Work with accounting teams to prepare financial plans, forecasts, and business performance reviews.Governance, Compliance & Controls• Implement and enforce finance policies, risk management frameworks, and internal control standards in line with group requirements.• Ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulations; monitor legislative updates and maintain adherence.• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and ensure timely submission.• Maintain and update department handbooks, policies, procedures, and SOPs.• Review audit reports and follow up on corrective action plans.Accounting & Reporting• Lead the accounting team and oversee full sets of accounts for the Vietnam entity.• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial records, reports, and supporting schedules.Stakeholder & Project Support• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, banks, and head office.• Support ad hoc assignments and finance- related projects as required by management.
