FINANCE MANAGER

Job Summary
In this role, the Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial guidance support to a company and advising the Board of Directors, CEO of the Company in the fields of finance, accounting and financial accounting, internal control. The role of a Finance Manager involves producing reports and performance analysis of the company and projects, including in charge of tax and other authority requirements.
Main Responsibilities
I- FINANCE FUNCTION
· Maintain day- to- day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the Board.
· Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure that the financial records of the Company are properly audited/Company compliance.
· Periodically prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the Management and the Board of Directors.
· Plan and manage treasury operations effectively to optimize returns on investment and to solicit cheaper source of funding.
· Prepare regular reports to the management on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.
II- THE INVESTMENT
· Liaison with investor, external advisors.
· Supporting in Fund raising (if any).
· Prepare the project financing models used to structure transactions with equity investors and lenders.
· Maintain bank account reconciliation and prepare ad- hoc reports/explanation as required by investor.
· Be responsible for maintaining weekly/monthly communication between the investor and the custodian bank.
II- RISK MANAGEMENT
· Take part in design of risk management framework to ensure effective identification and assessment of risks, risk responses and internal control, and a monitoring process that will ensure risks are effectively monitored.
· Improve and update accounting and financial reporting systems, including management reports;
· Establishing or improving financial management and accounting policies.
· Improve process and outputs for annual business planning and budgeting.
· Hiring and overseeing auditors and tax advisors.
· Managing internal risks and setting up internal controls.

Requirements
Language
· Good English communication.
Related experiences
· Understanding of local licenses, tax regulations etc.
· Big4 experience is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in similar role.
· Ability to deliver high- quality work under deadlines, and without any errors.
· Renewable energy (especially solar) industry understanding is a plus
