Finance Manager

Job brief:
We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
Financial control & company’s assets protection
- Set up & implement risk management solution
- Optimize company funds & cash flow
- Managing & morintoring authorization for company’s transactions
- Manage & monitor authorization for company’s transactions
- ​Protect company asset through maintain well control system
Financial statement
- Budgeting Plan & Control
- Make sure that FS will be provided timely, accuracy and compliance with Vietnamese regulation/rule
Manage day to day transactions
- Cash forecast preparation
- Ability to manage project given by BOD that relating to finance and control
- Set up & implement main P&L to meet up company’s requirement
- Take responsibility to work with internal & external audit
- Implement standards to improve reporting quality
- Consult & propose finance solution to support other functions such as sales/mkt, and initiatives for total company cost saving
Manage finance resource
- Prepare annual operation plan in order to minimize and foreseen the impact of inflation
Compliance
- Make sure company operations compliance with Vietnam law
- Optimize opportunity for Tax saving
Team management
- Allocate job with clear responsibility & authorization
- Develop team, having people strategy for further development
- Encourage team (Accounting Group), develop talents & build up people planning for team development
- Build up performance assessment, team coaching, reviewing calendar
- Build up company culture with dynamical working environment and continuing development & improvement
System
- Support other departments in accounting/finance tasks
- Roll out and use system efficiently in daily operation
Other tasks assigned by BODs.

Ability to work under pressure
Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
Sound decision- making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
Professional written and oral communication skills
Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals
Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA.
Results- oriented and metrics- driven
Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software
10+ years&039; experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success
Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem- solving skills
