Finance Executive Misumi Vietnam Co., Ltd

We are looking for the candidates who will be responsible for accounts payable with following activities:
• Reconcile statements, resolve payment discrepancies and monitor to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
• Perform all analysis reports monthly/quarterly/yearly to Chief accountant and support for auditing & tax inspection
• Other tasks as required
• Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters e.g. staff, office operations and other relevant issues and ensure that the company is informed of such matters
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
• Post business transactions, process vendor invoices, verify accuracy of financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records as well as expense handling
• Maintain up- to- date and accurate financial records of a combined multi- transaction

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting (Trading experience is a plus)
• English skills are required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible, problem solving skills
• University degree major in Accounting or Finance
• Familiar with MS. Office, SAP accounting software, especially Excel
