Strategic & Operational Leadership
Build and mentor a capable middle management layer, developing a culture of accountability, accuracy, and reliability.
Oversee and integrate all financial functions: Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Treasury.
Lead the post- ERP (FAST) rollout, ensuring all financial systems are accurate, consistent, and connected to business operations.
Connect finance with other functions (HR, Operations, Legal, Procurement) to ensure one aligned team and consistent execution.
Act as a trusted financial partner to the Group CEO, contributing insights for key business and investment decisions.
Accounting Focus
Take a hands- on role in stabilizing accounting operations across multiple entities.
Prepare and present monthly financial statements, tax reports, and management summaries.
Lead the accounting team day- in and day- out, coaching and developing them to professionalize operations.
Review and improve processes for general ledger, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance under VAS and group policies.
Ensure smooth transition and accuracy during ERP system implementation and reporting integration.
Financial Management & Reporting
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial statements, tax submissions, and consolidated reports.
Lead tax planning, audits, and compliance while optimizing current practices for efficiency and control.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring alignment between outlets and corporate offices.
Drive effective cash flow management, capital allocation, and budget execution across all business units.
Treasury & FP&A
Lead FP&A processes to provide financial forecasts, business insights, and scenario analysis that guide key decisions.
Build and manage the treasury structure to ensure smooth linkage between outlet- level accounts and central operations.
Oversee working capital, liquidity, and funding plans to ensure business continuity and growth flexibility.
Systems, Compliance & Legal Coordination
Ensure financial systems provide real- time, reliable data for accurate and timely decision- making.
Work closely with HR, Legal, and C&B teams to ensure full compliance on tax, payroll, and reporting obligations.
Support entity openings, restructures, and closures as part of the company’s group- level reorganization.
