Finance works:
- Process payment to vendors, subcontractors, staffs.
- Filing accounting documents.
- Checking staffs’ EC.
- Liaise with person in charge for bank / tax issues.
- Preparing monthly Expense Report to Paris.
HR works:
- Responsible for all offer letters, employment contracts and termination process.
- Perform HR related activities such as recruitment, performance review, insurance renewal & benefits administration.
- Support for new hirers with email account creation request and other IT connection support when needed and request to delete email account when there are leavers.
- Coordinate with HR administrative outsourcing for any matters related to HR.
- Support and implement HR initiatives.
- Responsible for providing monthly payroll advice and any reports to submit Authority.
- Support employees with any HR issues, monitor the timesheet to make social reporting.
- HR related support for JV in Vietnam
Admin works:
- In liaison with other administrators in other Branches to support traveller to the Country when there is due diligence trip, site visit, meetings if any.
- Responsible for office petty cash and manage office supplies (stationery, coffee, etc.); meeting room booking, guest receiving.
- Support in logistical preparation for office staffs such as transportation, flight ticket booking, hotel booking, visa and work pass obtainment for expatriates, if any.
- Support in office lease management, renewal etc
- Receive and deliver documents, goods.
Requirements:
Proficient Microsoft Office application (word, power point, excel…)
Good English communication (write, read, speak, listen)
HR & Administration experience is an advantage
Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or relevant background
Hard working, pro- active, enthusiasm, dynamic, ability to meet deadlines
Min 5 years relevant experience in Accounting is required
Good communication and interpersonal skill and team work
