Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

Manage AR, AP and Inventory account and provide rolling forecast
Support to launch ERP- Financing Module
Partner with Sales & Sourcing in preparing business case for New product/Service projects
Organize Monthly meeting review of Channel/Region/Top SKU
Coordinating with all concern departments due to commercial portion and reviewing all Service contracts.
Review Marketing spending by channel/SKU and give recommendation for optimization
Assist CFO/ CEO /Board in developing and executing investment model by channel/region/SKU, complete annual budget and monthly rolling forecast for Sale & Margin by channel/region/SKU
Train and develop his team members and insure appropriate information cascading.
Compile and manage P&L by channel, by SKU, by Region, performance dashboard, reports, slide packs for performance reviews KPIs.
Coordinate with Sales & Accounting team in resolving related processes (early payment discount, etc.)
Perform other tasks assigned by the CFO.
Partner with Sales for Pricing strategy to ensure meet KPIs as scheduled
Define trade terms and partner with sale for the trade terms negotiation with customers of Services.

Yêu cầu công việc

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
ERP knowledge is big plus
Business planning & performance management Skill
Attitude: Excellent communication, emotional stability, can- do attitude, teamwork, integrity, intellectual curiosity
Reporting and Analysis Skill
Financial controls and risk management Skill
Experience: 4- 5 years’ experience in Finance Analysis, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance and relevant hands- on experience in Finance
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
Business partnering & stakeholder management Skill
