F&B Bartender/ Nhân viên Pha chế (Manja Manja/ Lobby Lounge)

• Shares recommendations and guest comments to superiors to reflect current customer profile
• Presents menu/ drinks list, answer enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests
• Takes orders and serve food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures
• Notifies management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers
• Checks identification whenever the age of a guest requesting alcoholic beverage service is questionable
• Ensures beverages are prepared according to standard recipes or guest requests
• Creates innovative drink recipes for special occasions, promotions, festive season as required
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu

• Team player and ability to work under pressure
• Beverage service experience with general knowledge of bar/ lounge operations.
• English communication skill
• Willing to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays
• Diploma in Hotel Management or Certificate in Bartending
• Ambitious and eager to learn and grow
