- Strong creative vision with proven ability to translate trends into market- relevant products.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software for sketching and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to coordinate across design, merchandising, and sourcing teams.
- Detail- oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of U.S. retail market requirements, including compliance and quality standards.
- Technical expertise in knitwear and light woven construction, including fabric behavior and finishing techniques.
* Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in apparel design, preferably with exposure to the American market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
