In this position, you will: Prepare reports and proposals for process optimization.
Build and lead a technically capable team focused on continuous improvement and self- delivery of services.
Oversee overall Facility, equipment, and EHS standards for the entire plant.
Lead the complete setup of all facility systems until the plant renovation is completed.
Maintain documentation and data sheets related to hazardous materials, safety inspections, and EHS procedures.
Operate and monitor technical systems, including electricity, water, air conditioning, fire protection (fire alarm & firefighting), CCTV, generators, wastewater treatment systems, etc., ensuring all systems run smoothly, stably, in compliance with procedures and standards, safely and efficiently.
Develop and control facility budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and variance mitigation.
Manage maintenance of the building and its facilities infrastructure.
Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth and timely operations.
