Fabric Sales

Address and resolve escalated customer issues & claims, incident reports, and legal actions
Initiate contact with potential customers on behalf of the company and presentation of company’s range of fabrics to customers
Regularly lead meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion
Working at HCM Office or Ba Ria – Vung Tau Office
Understand and analyze factory in- house data for QCD control
Coordinate with supply chain factories- yarn mill, dyeing factory and knitting mills
Conflict resolution w/in sales team and with other departments
Delivery Control and lead times through setting Deadlines in the system, control material scheduling, planning production lines and production progress
Improve sample color and quality, to reduce waste, costs and customer complaints
Plan and develop business analysis and implementation of plans and evaluate
Explore relevant contacts of potential customers, including but not limited to local retail companies and garment vendors. Target and bring in new customers for the company
Oversee, develop and manage new orders from customers for the sample schedule to development for bulk fabric production
Quality control from sample stage to bulk shipment stage through factory visiting and checking, sample inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standard

Have a minimum of Diploma degree in any discipline
Have a minimum of 2 years of experiences as a Sales in Knit Fabric products
Business level English for both oral and written
Prefer Chinese speaking ability as well
Have excellent negotiation skills, strong personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
