Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the local and overseas markets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the different units to ensure alignment on customer requirements and market strategies.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive, productive working environment..
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 3- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the fabric or textile industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation skills and customer- focused mindset.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile and design, or a related field preferred.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Chinese is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
