F&B Supervisor (Beach restaurant & Pool Bar)

- Check menus and reservations, check clothing and share customer information before opening
- Check the cleanliness of outlet stores to keep them in optimal condition
- Conduct customer service according to SOP, such as customer reception, order, food setting, calculation and farewell
- Minimize customer complaints by responding promptly to customer complaints and requests
- Implement OJT and on- site training of employees to maintain service quality
- If necessary, support the main tasks in the station (cashier, serving, cleaning, etc.)
- Responsible for efficient manpower operation by staffing waiter / ess and staff manpower

- 5 years chef experience
- Basic calculation / analysis and computer program literacy
- Graduate of 2- year cook school. Or have acquired experience equivalent to graduation from a cooking school after obtaining a qualification
- Understanding of F & B and hotel industry and products
- Cooking- related knowledge, including excellent cooking skills and the ability to organize standard recipes
- Ability to introduce and explain menus to F & B team leaders and team members (Education Skills)
- Communications Skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening)
- Artistic Skills for Culinary Decoration
- Legal knowledge including hygiene, health and labor law
- Ability to develop new products related to F & B (new menu development, insight into market, etc.)
