F&B Marketing Specialist/ Assistant/ Manager

About the Role:
We are now seeking an F&B Marketing Specialist to be the voice and vision behind this new chapter. You will play a key role in shaping the brand, building anticipation, and crafting campaigns that capture both hearts and appetites.
A new culinary destination is rising — a signature standalone restaurant inspired by timeless elegance and the rich cultural tapestry of HCMC. Under the patronage of Mai House Saigon Hotel, this venue will offer not only refined cuisine, but an experience steeped in story, artistry, and soul.
Your Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Write engaging content for social media, press materials,
• Campaign Development: Plan and execute strategic marketing activities around menu launches, seasonal events, special collaborations, and milestone moments.
• Brand Building: Support the launch and ongoing development of the restaurant’s identity through thoughtful campaigns, content, and guest- facing materials.

• Digital Marketing: Monitor online engagement and manage content calendars, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and platform performance.
• Public Relations & Partnerships: Build relationships with local media, tastemakers, and lifestyle communities to elevate visibility and guest traffic.
• Creative Direction: Coordinate visual storytelling—including photoshoots, food styling, and creative production—in collaboration with chefs and designers.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign metrics and consumer insights to refine strategy and elevate marketing effectiveness.

What You Bring:

• Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and creative design basics (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work gracefully with chefs, designers, and operations teams.
• Organized, proactive, and attentive to the small details that make an experience unforgettable.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Vietnamese is a plus), with a flair for content writing and a keen editorial sense.
• A genuine passion for food, culture, and storytelling.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience launching or repositioning a high- end restaurant.
• Connections in the Saigon F&B scene and local influencer network.
• Background in journalism, design, or PR is an advantage.
