External Communication Specialist (Dist 7 -HCMC)

- Event Management: Plan and coordinate corporate events and other public- facing activities. Ensure these events align with the company&039;s overall communication strategy.
- Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the company&039;s overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying key messages, target audiences, and communication channels.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Manage the company&039;s interactions with the media, including responding to inquiries, preparing press releases, and organizing media events.
- Internal Communications: Ensure effective communication within the organization. This involves developing internal communication strategies, disseminating important information to employees, and fostering a positive internal culture.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company&039;s online presence. Monitor and respond to social media trends and feedback.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for the corporate communications function, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve communication goals.

- Proven track record planning and executing successful content campaigns at both an internal and external level.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media/press
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be fluent in English.
