Export sales operations Specialist

Summary: Sales Operation Specialist is essential role for managing and ensuring the contract/ order, logistics and documentation necessary for the shipping of goods smoothly with excellent service to customers, to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year.
Sales operation:

Communicate with other divisions/ departments: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Logistics, etc… to ensure smooth export operations.
Maintain accurate records of forecast, shipments, inventory, and transactions.
Handle singed contract, purchase order from Business Development Department.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Monitor shipment progress, logistics, tracking and reporting any delays or changes to the customer, ensure timely delivery and service.

Internal Operation:

Perform other duties as assigned.
Generate reports on export activity as needed.
Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain an organized filing system.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in sales operations.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree of Economics, Business, International Trade or related field.
Experience:

Experience in a Sales Operations or similar role.
Experience in export field, preferably food and beverage sectors.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Organization and system skills, but enough flexibility to ensure excellent customer service.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
2+ years of experience.
Problem solving skills.
Fluent in English.
Strong understanding of the sales process.
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
Good communication skills, convey information clearly and precisely.
