Export - Import Staff (9 Months Contract)

Implementing all works on import/export equipment, spare parts.
- Any other jobs related to Im- Export as being required
- Sending data to Customs / Vietnam registration department, and do workings, report related to import /export.
- Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.
- Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
- Make quotation to send to customers
- Receiving PO from customers, IN, PL and preparing shipping documents.
- Keeping in line with customers/suppliers and forwarder to do the custom work in order getting smoothly.
Implementing all works on purchase spare parts in Vietnam for Mechanic department.
- Following, collect all documents relating to payment for supplier and submit to Accountant department.
- Check price, make purchase order, check handover minute, receive invoice ...

- Language: Good at English.
- Degree: University majoring in Logistic, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant fields
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Gender: Female
- Having at least 1 year experience in import/ export.

- Working time: 8h/ per day < from 8:30AM – 17:30 PM>; 24 days/ month.
- Salary: from 10- > 15 millions depending on abilities <negotiable>.
