Export Consultant

Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal KPIs and external KPIs to customers.
Report to various stakeholders of the organization, Service & Operation Manager, Board of Directors.
Monitor the condition the inbound inquires of customer’s accounts and reply timely to ensure response time is optimal.
Individuals working as an E- commerce Operations Executive need to communicate with the higher management team to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
Need to understand the business and products of given accounts/customers to complete operations for customer on the E- commerce platform.
Responsible for customers/accounts performance on the E- commerce platform by managing the entire operations from maintenance and optimising account performance to responding of inquires and negotiating with international buyers.

Sales and account management experience, Strong communication and negotiation skills, Experience in generating leads and closing sales
Year of experience: 1 year in Export Consultant Executive.
Good at English in 4 skills. (IELTS 6.0+)
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade , Export or some related fields.
Good knowledge about Incoterms, International Payment, B2B, Logistics, E- commerce.

Work location: HCM Office: Sala Urban Area, No. 21- 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working hours: Monday – Friday ; From 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
