We are currently recruiting for the position of Executive Secretary to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Executive Secretary will provide high- level administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring effective execution of delegated tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop the CEO’s personal brand and enhance corporate branding on platforms such as LinkedIn, Fanpage, YouTube, and through association activities.
• Prepare and consolidate professional management reports for the CEO and BOD; collect and analyze reports from departments.
• Support internal communication initiatives, CSR activities, company events, and team- building programs in coordination with the HR team
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and take meeting minutes.
• Assist the CEO in communicating and assigning tasks to departments, following up to ensure timely completion.
• Participate in VIP customer and partner care, and support special projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern communication and task management tools.
• Preferred experience in Marketing or Corporate Communications.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams; active involvement in community, association, or team- based activities is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary or Assistant to senior leadership in a professional environment
• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
