Mô tả công việc

Role Objectives:
This role is in charge of defining long- term ESS strategic goals, developing new industries/new clients, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing negotiation, and closing business deals.
The ESS Manager is in charge of New Clients, improve ESS market position and achieve financial growth.
This role works closely with the internal team (Business Development & Delivery), marketing team, and other BU to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for ESS.
Job Descriptions:
Financial Goal Achievement:

Be in charge of team revenue target.
Strategize with other managers to set targets and accomplish business growth goals.
Follow- up with Consultants on customers’ payment.

Business Development:

Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Negotiate fees and contract terms with clients.
Work with both international and local client companies to conduct recruitment orders for Upper Management level.
Research market & economics trends to identify potential industries.
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Be accountable for maintaining and developing candidate pool through networking, advertising, referrals…

Services Delivery:

Responsible for end- to- end candidate management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing detailed assessment reports to ensure client satisfaction with shortlisted profiles.
Oversee the whole working process and effectiveness of subordinates.
Manage some key accounts assigned by team leaders.
Independently manage the projects of recruitment and assessment for senior, top professionals candidates and executive levels + very important searches.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth process.
Join to find creative, effective solutions for team challenges.
Prepare or review recruitment ads and process of posting on suitable channels.

Internal Coordination:

Exchange information for the Delivery Team & Back office in daily activities to fulfill their tasks; ensuring good coordination with the Delivery Team in delivering the high and consistent quality to the candidates and clients.
Provide supports for related teams in activities relating to account management.
Participate in cross departmental projects, when required.
Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in processes.

Database Management:

Manage database resources in terms of organized manner, easy for accessible and user- friendly.
Ensure accurate records in the recruitment database.

Process Optimization:

Contribute & Implement innovative ways of working and tools to improve productivity.
Join to streamline working processes.

Reporting:

Manage subordinates to generate reports on services effectiveness on regular basis and be in charge of individual reports.
Join to propose more effective way of reporting and recognition for performance.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all activities align with laws regulations, company&039;s policies, procedures, preventing compliance risks.
Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if any).

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Oversee the whole working process and effectiveness of subordinates.
Responsible for end- to- end candidate management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing detailed assessment reports to ensure client satisfaction with shortlisted profiles.
Lead to find creative, effective solutions for team challenges.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and emerging trends.

Internal Coordination:

Proactively act as an advisor to the Delivery Team and Back Office in aligning certain standard requirements of the whole ESS department regarding the process & system, efficiency, reporting, etc.
Exchange information for the Delivery Team & Back office in daily activities to fulfill their tasks; ensuring good coordination with the Delivery Team in delivering the high and consistent quality to the candidates and clients.
Be an involved and proactive member of the ESS management team, critically assessing management information and proposing creative/effective solutions for challenges the team faces or trying to avoid.
Participate in cross departmental projects, when required.

Database Management:

Manage database resources in terms of organized manner, easy for accessible and user- friendly.
Ensure accurate records in the recruitment database.

Process Optimization:

Contribute to streamline working processes.

Client/ Candidate Consultation and Support:

Provide on- going and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value- added services.
Provide support and consultation for top clients, senior and top professionals candidates, executive levels in timely manner to make sure the high quality provision.
Play a role of primary contact and a bridge between clients and candidates.

Team Management & Development:

Manage client expectations before delegating assignments to subordinates.
Coach the staff members to ensure they can handle and fulfill their tasks effectively and efficiently as well as following the ESS process and system appropriately.
Manage resources to enhance efficiency, maximize margins.
Align strategies with team member and manage them on working performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have business Knowledge, insights, strategies and solutions: Recognizes how the business works, understands and applies commercial and financial principles to create selling opportunities.
Advanced English communication skill is required.
Bachelor’s degree graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law).
Relevant certifications related to HRM, Talent Acquisition is nice to have.
The ideal candidate embraces a One- Team mindset, prioritizing collaboration and unity across all departments. S/he fosters a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared goals, ensuring that the success of the organization is achieved collectively.
The ideal candidate must have these strong general competencies: HRM Overview Knowledge, Product/ Solutions Knowledge, Client Management, Project Management, Operation Management, Problem solving & Decision making, Networking and Relationship Building, Negotiation and Closing Skills, Financial Analysis and Evaluation.
7- 8 years of working experienced in Sales/Business development at managerial level across countries, regions. Experience working in executive search firms is desirable. Min 5 years of working experienced in management/ supervisory role.
