Position: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Job Objective
The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as a strategic partner responsible for supporting the CEO in overseeing and executing key corporate initiatives. This role ensures the CEO is equipped with accurate, timely information for effective decision- making. The position also functions as a central communication channel between the CEO and internal stakeholders, driving project progress, enhancing cross- functional alignment, and contributing to the company’s overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
• Develop project plans, monitor timelines and deliverables, assess potential risks, and ensure successful execution in alignment with business objectives.
• Compile and analyze relevant data to prepare executive- level reports and insights for decision- making.
• Support the CEO in coordinating and supervising strategic projects across Marketing, Technology, and Business Development.
Cross- functional Coordination
• Organize project meetings, define action items, monitor commitments, and follow up on progress to ensure accountability.
• Ensure directives and strategic priorities from the CEO are accurately communicated and effectively implemented.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Executive Administrative Support
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant market insights as required.
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on post- meeting action items.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, business meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and preparedness.
External Relations & Corporate Communication
• Provide English translation and interpretation for documents, meetings, and correspondence as needed.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and executive communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Accompany the CEO in meetings with corporate clients and strategic partners when necessary.
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
• Perform other duties assigned directly by the CEO.
• Draft executive correspondence, internal memos, and operational documents on behalf of the CEO.
• Manage, store, and safeguard confidential information and records.
