Job brief
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Sales Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of event sales while supporting our efforts to drive revenue and create memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to and embrace our sales culture, striving to meet your sales targets while upholding high standards and productivity.
• Collaborate with our office administration team to manage client invoicing and payments.
• Consistently exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily and monthly basis.
• Coordinate with relevant vendors to fulfil event requirements.
• Show enthusiasm and in- depth knowledge about our products and venues to enhance your performance in event sales.
• Supervise ongoing arrangements, preparations, and any necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Promptly resolve any issues that may arise during an event without disrupting the occasion.
• Thoroughly document clients&039; needs that align with the event&039;s scope and objectives.
• Utilize your unique style and personality to boost sales and establish strong connections with clients.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements and skill:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event planning is desirable but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work weekends as required by event schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
Self- motivated and results- oriented, with a genuine passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
