ERP Functional Consultant

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant / ERP Implementation Consultant to support enterprise ERP implementation projects. This role will be responsible for business requirement analysis, process mapping, solution configuration, testing, user training, deployment, and post- go- live support.
Candidates with experience in major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, IFS, Sage, Acumatica, or other enterprise ERP systems are encouraged to apply. Product- specific training will be provided for selected candidates.

(Work at the company office. Occasionally, there may be short- term onsite assignments in Malaysia, but not on a fixed schedule)
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with technical teams for customization, integration, data migration, and reporting requirements.
Support go- live preparation, deployment, issue tracking, and stabilization.
Participate in ERP implementation activities from requirement gathering through go- live.
Develop user guides, training materials, and handover documents.
Conduct end- user training and provide post- implementation support.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration requirements.
Conduct workshops to understand current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare test scenarios and test cases, and support SIT and UAT activities.
Support business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
Configure ERP modules based on approved business requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from business users and stakeholders.
Support onsite workshops, UAT, go- live, user training, and post- go- live stabilization when required.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of ERP implementation, ERP consulting, or business application implementation experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Strong understanding of at least one business domain:
Ability to prepare functional documents such as FSD, business process documents, test cases, user manuals, and training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with one or more ERP platforms:
Experience working with Chinese ERP solutions or Chinese- invested enterprises is highly desirable.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, retail, trading, or professional services industries.
NetSuite
Experience supporting multinational or regional ERP implementation projects.
Understanding of ERP integration concepts, data migration, reporting, and enterprise business processes.
Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle E- Business Suite
Yonyou
SQL or relational database knowledge is an advantage.
Infor
Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred. Candidates with Chinese language skills will be given priority consideration.

ERP certification or formal training in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, Epicor, Yonyou or similar platforms.
Experience working with cross- border project teams.
