[EQG] Learning & Development Manager

EQuest is currently one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam with more than 120,000 students enrolled annually in our member schools, including K- 12 schools, universities and vocational institutions, foreign language schools, as well as various Edtech platforms.
EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of Learning & Development Manager with the following details:
Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the HR Dept at investee companies to make sure the L&D activities are met.
Drive the L&D effort at EQuest Group and Group’s investee companies.
Coordinate with investee companies.
Career Development: Assist CPO with Career Development function.
Track activities and project planning.
Coordinator of New Projects: HR forum, Mentoring, Wellness work life, Leadership coaching.
Finding new ways to refresh such training from time to time to enhance employee engagement.
Manage L&D Team.

Requirements:

Event Management.
Graduated from University in related majors. Master&039;s degree is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office skills.
Excellent in English communication.
Be enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous and observant.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and hard working.
Handle situations effectively and efficiently.
Have at least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
