Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.

Install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances (e.g., dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters, drinking fountains, ice machines), and fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets).
Diagnose, maintain, and repair plumbing systems within the hotel: Weld, braze, solder, assemble piping, water treatment & related chemicals, water distribution and balance.
Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets using appropriate techniques.
Coordinate with other property personnel such as electrician, carpenter, painter, and night engineer in completing service, replacements, alterations, and new installation work Perform other reasonable •ob duties as re uested b Su ervisors.
Study building plan and inspect structure in order to assess material and equipment needs, establish the sequence of pipe installations, and plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring.
