Diagnose, maintain, and repair plumbing systems within the hotel: Weld, braze, solder, assemble piping, water treatment & related chemicals, water distribution and balance.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials

Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
Study building plan and inspect structure in order to assess material and equipment needs, establish the sequence of pipe installations, and plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring.
Install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances (e.g., dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters, drinking fountains, ice machines), and fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets).
