Employer Branding Specialist

Internal Communication:
• Administrate internal communication channels (Internal App, Facebook, company’s websites and other related websites);
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement internal events and activities
• Measure and evaluate the effects of communication plans and estimate the expenditure as well;
• Prepare internal communication plans, projects for the company;
External Communication:
External Communication:
• Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to enhance our employer brand and relationships with external partners such as associations and communities to establish a talent network and talent community and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates;
• Coordinate and Implement University/College/School Recruiting Initiatives, Job Fairs, workshops, Events, etc;
• Build/Manage channels of Employer Brand/Sourcing such as: Recruitment Websites, Facebook Career Pages, LinkedIn Career, External Job Sites, etc;
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

• Passion in creativity, events, social media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ PR or Human Resource or other related major;
• Able to connect, encourage employees and be proactive in operation;
• Excel at writing content attracting people;
• At- least- 2- year experience in Internal Communication/ Employer Branding/Marketing/PR,...;
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizing and time management skills;
• Proficiency use of Microsoft Office, Internet and email;
