We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding Coordinator to join our HR team. This role will focus on enhancing our employer brand and attracting top talent through innovative strategies and engaging content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of social media, and experience in recruitment marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, our career website, and job postings.
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends and best practices in employer branding.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach programs to promote our brand.
• Help monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and branding consultants.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance the candidate experience.

Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related area.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B1+ level.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Interest in SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
