An Employee Branding Trainee assists in developing and executing strategies to promote a positive image of a company as an employer, both internally and externally. This involves helping to attract and retain talent by showcasing the company&039;s culture, values, and employee experience. The role often includes supporting employer branding initiatives, managing social media content, and assisting with recruitment events.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Event Support: join in and organize recruitment events, career fairs, and other activities aimed at attracting potential employees.
Employee Engagement: help with initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale and engagement, which is crucial for employer branding.
Research and Analysis: conduct research on employer branding best practices and analyze the effectiveness of current strategies.
Supporting Employer Branding Initiatives: implement strategies to enhance the company&039;s reputation as a desirable employer.
Communication: The trainee communicates with various stakeholders, including employees, potential candidates, and other teams within the company.
Content Creation: assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, including: social media, company website, and recruitment materials, highlighting employee experience.
Social Media Management: support managing the company&039;s social media presence, sharing content related to employee life, company culture, and career opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Social media knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms and how to use them effectively for employer branding.
Strong communication skill: Both written and verbal, are essential for creating and sharing content, as well as interacting with various stakeholders.
A plus, if equipped with knowledge of AI and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and content creation.
Final- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields. Able to commit to a full- time internship for 6 months.
Creative thinking: The capacity to develop engaging content and innovative employer branding strategies.
Basic understanding of HR and marketing principles: This can be helpful in understanding the broader context of employer branding.

Internship Duration: Full- time, 6 months
Working Hours:
Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, with 1- hour lunch break.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM- 10:00 PM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections- mind, body, and momentum aligned.
Working Location: On- site, 18 Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
