Embedded Software Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with a passion for embedded systems and Linux to join our growing team. You will be involved in developing firmware, board bring- up, and embedded applications for innovative products. This role is a great opportunity for engineers with 1–2 years of experience.
Key responsibilities

Strong experience skill set in code analysis, design, implementation, and testing with overall knowledge of Linux Embedded / RTOS and low- level SW like system control firmware, bootloader, drivers, and device tree.
Participate in code reviews, and documentation.
Design, implement, and test embedded software components.
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware- software interaction issues to resolve technical challenges

Requirements

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Understanding of microcontrollers and peripheral interfaces (GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART).
Familiarity with Embedded Linux (kernel modules, drivers, or user- space development).
Good problem- solving skills and willingness to learn
1–2 years of experience in embedded systems development.
Strong Programming language skills in C/C++.
Familiarity with debugging tools such as J- Link, Logic Analyzer, or similar.

Nice- to- have

Knowledge of build systems such as Yocto or Buildroot.
Basic scripting in Python or Shell for automation tasks.
