- Team Management
- Work in shifts as per operational requirements
- The Electrical Team Leader is responsible for managing electrical and electronic assembly, ensuring smooth production flow, quality compliance, and efficiency. This role leads a team of operators while ensuring ERP compliance, proper work order execution, and alignment with production planning. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with planners, quality assurance, maintenance, and procurement teams to achieve on- time delivery (OTD) and production targets.
Supervise and guide technicians to complete tasks efficiently
Ensure all team members have safety awareness and discipline
Assign/ arrange headcount for daily tasks, monitor and tracking the progress. Ensure adherence to production timeline
Gather team to daily passdown and review the priorities task, solving issue.
Training team members on tools, equipments, ERP system usage.
- Production & Process
Support on process/product improvements, LEAN manufacturing.
Identify and resolve the bottlenecks, tools, equipment issues. Minimize the idle time of production line
Task assigned not limited above.
Daily report progress of production line.
Ensure ERP work orders are processed correctly and production data is accurately recorded.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quality compliance.
- Quality & Safety
Conduction inspection of finished parts to verify quality commit with specifications
5S practices to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Work with Quality team to resolve defects and implement CA/PA
Ensure team compliance with high quality and procedures.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
