Purpose of Position
• To work with CSR Manager, to support and advise Corporate CSR department, the managing director of operations (the GM) and the TDV management team on local CSR issues.
• To manage all An Loi Apparel Co., Ltd (TDV) business process CSR activities, internally and externally, with a focus on ethical and responsible business practices and continuous improvements in working conditions throughout the factory.
• To keep the TDV management aware of potential and existing areas of non- compliance with labor regulations, social compliance customer requirements, and responsible best practices in the industry and help find solutions.

• Act as the secondary contact for all customer visits, audits, and/or correspondence related to responsible business practices, (i.e. social compliance audits, CSR visits/meetings, green factory initiatives, community development, CSR related certifications ETC….)
• Propose ideas and guidelines at the policy and decision stage for key business process functions that have an impact on labor or EHS conditions to eliminate any possible negative consequences
• Coordinating, advising and supporting the company for ensuring proper functioning of the ESH committee by training, evaluating, and proposing specific plans for safe and hygienic work conditions
• Keep self- up- to- date with the local laws, revisions of laws and other applicable standards and update/advice the management accordingly in a timely manner.
• Represent Company with external parties on the topic of internal and external CSR
• Prepare comments/questions/action plans for all internal, customers, and 3rd party social compliance and CTPAT audits, and correct issues identified as needing improvement in a way that ensures long term sustainable change
• Strategically evaluate potential community and worker development projects with the Corporate CSR team/GMO and TDV management
• Drive the implementation of CTPAT requirements in TDV by supporting and guiding the TDV management team and security team
• Conduct internal factory labor/EHS monitoring independently and in- depth internal audits with the corporate CSR team
• Organize continuous training for the factories on global corporate responsibilities issues, EHS and how they relate to our business.
• Manage CSR reporting process, working with other departments to collect social and environmental data
• Conduct appropreate steps (carbon footprint/greenhouse gas emissions analysis, environment aspectimpact) and work with outside experts to review IT. Analyze areas of impact and gain support from internal stakeholders for crafting a environment monitoring and development strategy.
