• University degree
• High level of integrity
• Strong work ethics
• Counseling experience in education is a plus
• Communication and listening skills
• English fluency – IELTS overall score of 6.0 or above
What will you do
• Dealing directly with the leads/students either by phone, email or face to face
• Completing other duties assigned by direct manager
• Maintaining good rapport to students, their families and partner institutions and the visa offices
• Following up student applications and keeping students informed on the outcome of institution offers and visa applications
• Providing assistance in course application, visa application and welfare arrangement
• Providing information on foreign institutions to students either face- to- face or over telephone
• Counseling prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities overseas (Australia, US, UK, NZL, Canada and Singapore)
• Providing necessary, accurate and timely information to the customers and suppliers
