RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance MKT:
Implement and optimize the effectiveness of running ads for each campaign.
Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reports to analyze and measure advertising performance.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
Research and implement other advertising tactics (besides SEM) to help increase the efficiency of ads campaign.
Keyword research and SEO consulting for relevant professional teams to ensure input quality for ads campaign.
Coordinate with related departments/ teams to exceed the business profit target.
Conceptualize, setup, launch and optimize new SEM campaigns
Ecommerce:
Monitor day by day sales performance: Manage inventory and channels, develop pricing and promotions, analyze market trends, and coordinate with teams to achieve sales operation.
Prepare sales report & analysis (result- oriented) by week, month and quarter.
Conduct market research, respondsible for developing & excuting launching plan.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
Proficient in SEO and SEM tactics and able to create effective performance marketing plans.
2- 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e- commerce
Experience in performance marketing, specifically with PPC channels (Google, Coc Coc, etc.) and knowledge of SEO
Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross- functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization.
Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions using data.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Will be plus:
Passion for POD products.
Experience with e- commerce/social commerce platforms such as Amazon, or Walmart/Target/Tik Tok, … and so on.
Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools (e.g. Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP)
BENEFITS:
Salary from 15,000,000 to 21,000,000 VND (Negotiable based on qualifications).
Public holidays off in accordance with government regulations; health and social insurance provided after signing the official labor contract.
13th- month salary, performance- based bonuses, holiday bonuses, and annual team building activities.
Lunch allowance: 800,000 VND/month; parking fee support at the office building.
2 month probation period with 90% of full salary.
All necessary equipment and tools provided for work.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
