Wecare is seeking a talented and highly motivated Growth Manager to lead our sales expansion in the Construction Hardware, Industrial Chemicals, Water Industry Equipment, Electrical Supplies sector, including outreach to Mom & Pop Shops and smaller independent businesses within these industries. You will be a pioneer in developing and implementing breakthrough growth strategies, seamlessly integrating both online and offline channels to propel Wecare to new heights.
Wecare group is a B2B industrial distributor that leverages Data and Technology to optimize operations within the industrial supply chain.
Your job will be to:
Responsibilities
+ Develop and Execute Comprehensive Growth Strategy & Online- Offline Integrations:
Serve as an online and offline expert.
Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time- bound) goals and define clear growth objectives.
Conduct in- depth market analysis.
+Data- Driven Growth:
Possess strong data analytics knowledge.
Ensure clear and concise reporting
Lead testing and optimization initiatives.
+ Channel and Product Optimization
Retention: Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and retention (email marketing, push notifications, product features...). Work with Customer Service to better understand customer pain points and improve the overall experience to reduce churn.
Acquisition: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to identify and optimize channels for attracting new potential users (SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Content Marketing, Referral, Influencer marketing...). Ensure acquisition campaigns are cost- optimized and effective.
+ Sales Team Management & Development:
Ensure the team understands and adheres to company sales and customer service processes.
Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide corrective solutions when necessary.
Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and motivation to achieve their targets.
+ Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on strategy effectiveness and propose necessary adjustments.
Utilize data to make strategic decisions and optimize operations.
Closely monitor key growth metrics (revenue, profit, market share, channel efficiency, etc.).
+ Collaboration & Partnerships:
Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams to identify and execute growth initiatives.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
