Develop and implement OBL ecommerce strategies for both domestic and international markets, aligned with the company’s overall direction.
Assess market potential and propose priority markets to ensure sustainable expansion
Define appropriate business models for each channel: D2C (Website/App), local marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki…), cross- border ecommerce (Amazon, Alibaba, TikTok Global…).
Business & Revenue Management
Implement pricing, promotion, and product bundling strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Define KPIs (sales, market share, marketing ROI) and ensure achievement.
Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue plans and forecasts for ecommerce channels; monitor and analyze P&L reports.
Marketing & Thương hiệu

Khai thác dữ liệu người dùng (consumer data, shopping behavior) để tối ưu trải nghiệm khách hàng và remarketing.
Hợp tác với Marketing để triển khai các chiến dịch digital: SEO, SEM, social commerce, CRM, influencer/KOL, livestream.
Marketing & Brand Activation
Leverage consumer data and shopping behavior insights to enhance customer experience and remarketing activities
Ensure Cocoxim’s brand identity is consistently represented across all ecommerce platforms globally.
Work with Marketing to execute digital campaigns: SEO, SEM, social commerce, CRM, influencer/KOL, livestream.
Marketplace & Partner Management
Negotiate commercial contracts, discounts, and marketing funds with marketplaces to secure favorable conditions.
Monitor performance of official stores and authorized resellers.
Build strategic partnerships with ecommerce marketplaces and global distributors.
Operations & Customer Experience
Recommend technology solutions (CRM, OMS, ERP integration) to optimize operations.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics to manage inventory, order fulfillment, and cross- border shipping.
Oversee online customer service, complaint handling, and maintain service metrics (SLA, rating, reviews).
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop the ecommerce business team (sales, operations, digital marketing).
Coach the team on data analytics, digital marketing, and online customer management skills.
Set individual and departmental KPIs; foster a dynamic, innovative, and result- driven working environment.
