is seeking an ECommerce Manager to:
Lead the eCommerce team to drive sales growth, optimize budgeting, and manage operations across platforms.
Develop and execute sales strategies, oversee promotional activities, and ensure efficient distributor and inventory management to maximize revenue and market reach.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Performance Management:
Develop and execute eCommerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional plans to maximize sell- out performance. Set KPIs and performance metrics for the team, ensuring continuous improvement. Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and enhance competitiveness.
Budgeting & Investment:
Optimize investments in affiliate commissions, livestream packages, and AMS ads to expand the buyer pool.
Monitor ROI on marketing and promotional activities, making data- driven adjustments.
Allocation Plan and manage the eCommerce budget, ensuring effective allocation across promotions, ads, and livestreaming.
Operations & Livestream Management:
Oversee eCommerce platform operations, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and daily sales.
Ensure proper stock allocation, order fulfillment, and customer engagement through chat support.
Lead the livestream strategy, including planning, execution, and performance analysis for in- house, KOL, and MNC collaborations.
Distributor & Platform Coordination:
Oversee product listing, voucher setup, add- on deals, and other platform- specific initiatives to enhance conversion.
Ensure smooth financial reconciliation, invoicing, and agreement processing with internal finance teams.
Manage relationships with key distributors to drive partnerships and promotions.
Growth & Innovation:
Optimize digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversion.
Identify new opportunities for sales growth, including expansion into new platforms and channels.
